Sureshbabu KV is the founder and chairman of Leva Home Lifts, bringing more than three decades of experience in engineering, structural projects, and industrial operations. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, he has built a strong career leading large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects across India and the Middle East.
Before establishing Leva Home Lifts, he spent many years in senior leadership roles within international engineering and construction companies in Dubai, where he managed complex industrial and structural projects. His extensive experience in project execution, engineering systems, and industrial management laid the foundation for developing innovative residential home lift solutions tailored for Indian homes.
Under his leadership, Leva Home Lifts focuses on engineering reliability, safety, and maintenance-free lift technology, ensuring that modern homes benefit from practical and efficient vertical mobility systems.
Sanju Kattungal

Sanju Kattungal serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Leva Home Lifts, leading the company’s operations, business development, and market expansion. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharaja’s Technological Institute, Thrissur, he brings technical knowledge together with strong entrepreneurial experience in engineering fabrication and industrial services.
Over the years, Sanju has been involved in multiple engineering ventures across India and the Middle East, gaining hands-on experience in project management, manufacturing operations, and organizational leadership. His role at Leva focuses on strengthening the company’s market presence and delivering reliable home lift systems designed for modern residential spaces.
